So my question is this.how can i 'disable' this silly (seemingly irrelevant prompt) or how can i discover the out of date modification to which it's referring? (i was running 1.22 and then bought town life stuff and let it update my game to 1.23, i wasn't going to update to 1.24 but that little blue exclamation mark on the launcher was severely screwing with my OCD.or whatever i have)įrom the moment the base game was updated i'm prompted with this notification each time i run the game.i always click continue and i'm always allowed to play as i normally would. When i run the game or install sims3packs the game pops up with a notification informing me that i have an 'out of date modification installed would i like to quit or continue' This started the moment i updated my game from 1.23 to 1.24 To be clear.my game works (as far as i know.i mean i've not yet run into any crashes/glitches/freezes/errors) I have every EP/SP all registered/licensed/updated/etc OK so i read through the faqs, the other posts, attempted a search on this site, other sites, even google.
