This mod doesn't touch that, only non-vanilla change to region ownership is Tobaro starting at Tobaro instead of Estalia and even that is reverted unless you have Cataph's TEB mod.

Some faction is somewhere else where it shouldn't be I want it as well as the 8 playable races i dislike alot i perfer the HI Elf even the Dark elfs.
Nothing i can do about it, this mod has unique slot templates for all regions in game and thus any modded buildings won't appear without the modders themselves adding them to these new slot templates.
